ANC 4E consists of single-family homes, apartment buildings, businesses, places of worship, schools and notable locations such as the Carter Barron Amphitheatre.
 
ANC 4E serves the Ward 4 communities of Crestwood and 16th Street Heights Neighborhoods, in NW DC.  
 
ANC 4A normally meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 4th Tuesday of each month, other than in July and August.
